Courage And Strength To Overcome

“For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.” (Matthew 24:4-6)

Nations and cultures are in a constant state of change. Many are attempting to leverage themselves to become power brokers in the affairs of this world. Some are rising, others are falling, and treaties are being forged among them for good as well as for evil. Many of them are experiencing much unrest and instability.

The shaking of the economic and political systems of the nations of the world is like a volcano that has been experiencing small eruptions for years. We have become accustomed to it, and it gives no fear to those hearing and feeling its rumblings. Suddenly, a massive eruption ensues, and many are dazed by its sheer volatility.

But with every crisis that humanity faces, God finds a way to remind us of His love, covenant and faithfulness. We must continue to build our lives on the Kingdom of God for us not to be shaken by what is taking place in the world systems. We must neither fear it nor be derailed by it.  Have faith in God!

“Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.]” (John 14:27 AMP)
